Hitler’s Hit Parade 

Hitler’s Hit Parade is a composition of archival footage from movies, amateur-, animated-, and educational films, commercials and propaganda - accompanied by dance and popular music from the Third Reich. Hitler’s Hit Parade subtly analyses the enticing components of highly progressive, extremely modern Nazi Germany, and how a cultivated people could be reduced to a moral and physical heap of rubble as a result of the Nazi madness. The Galicia Jewish Museum invites you to an exclusive screening of this thought-provoking film. Introduction in Polish and English. Followed by discussion led by Chris Schwarz, Director of the Galicia Jewish Museum.

Conspiracy 

This HBO film, starring Kenneth Branagh, Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci, dramatizes the Wannsee Conference of January 1942, which set the Final Solution in motion. A free screening of this film will be followed by a introduction led by Jaime Ashworth, Director of Education at the Galicia Jewish Museum.

Mr Artur Szyndler of the Auschwitz Jewish Center will talk about the pre-war Jewish community in this town which has become synonymous with the Holocaust. Lecture free, however contributions to our costs are welcome.
