1. Audio-Visual
Equipment |
|
$10,000 |
|
To continue our series of
educational lectures, workshops, and
film showings, we need presentation equipment.
Specifically, a multimedia projector
would enhance our ability to show films as well
as present lectures and educational material.
Amplification hardware would reduce our
costs when putting on musical events. |

2. Office equipment |
|
$5,000 |
|
For educational events and promotion of cultural
events there is a need for photocopied
materials. A photocopier, scanner
and overhead projector would enable us to
undertake these events at a greatly-reduced
cost. |

|

|
$60,000
needed by the end of this
year |
|
Lighting and heating the building, as well as
undertaking occasional repairs to the fabric of
the structure are a significant cost. In
addition, there are some staff costs which are
essential. Donors can also sponsor a day, week,
or month of the museum’s existence. We are
totally reliant on private assistance for this,
as foundations are normally unwilling to cover
such costs. |

All donations, whether
financial or material, will be appropriately
honoured on our website and in the museum
itself. |

We would also like to point out
that donations of time and services are equally
valuable – if there is any way in which you
